Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Manager (Solution Architect) in Chicago to lead design, development and deployment of enterprise tech solutions. You will guide solution development, oversee architecture, and ensure alignment with business objectives across multiple teams.

Requires a Master’s (or Bachelor’s with 6 years’ experience) in a relevant field and 3 years of IT experience, including SAP or Pega/Java/JavaScript. Travel up to 5% may be required; telecommuting may be permitted as needed.

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with required IT discipline.
3 years of software development, consulting or business analysis in IT.
1 year of IT work using SAP ECC/SAP CRM/Azure or Pega/Java/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and oversee design and deployment of enterprise tech solutions.
Ensure architectural practices and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Provide oversight across teams and align technology with business goals.
Advise stakeholders on options including cloud-based solutions.
