Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Manager II to oversee end-to-end IT project delivery in Chicago, IL, with responsibilities across scope definition, timelines, resources, and delivery methodologies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes while overseeing updates, testing, deployments, and post-go-live support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of IT experience with tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, SAP S4 HANA/ECC, SQL

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or foreign equivalent; 2+ years IT experience.
Experience with HP ALM, JIRA, and QNXT; SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, SQL Server, Agile, and JIRA.
Knowledge of HTML and PL/SQL; SoapUI, Jenkins, and Pega BPM; ORAGILE/JIRA/HPLM combinations as applicable.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects.
Define project scope, timelines, resource needs, and delivery methods.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (functional, technical, integration).
Ensure updates, upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments align with project plans.
Monitor issues, incidents, and post-go-live support to maintain stability.
Maintain project documents including plans, design approvals, test strategies, and deployment plans.
