Job summary

Verida Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Information Systems in Washington, DC to oversee IT systems, lead cross-functional teams, and drive project milestones aligned with business strategy.

The role will require hands-on coordination of software and hardware resources, documentation of requirements, and ensuring timely production turnover and ongoing operations support. You will collaborate with development and operations teams, manage multiple concurrent projects, and ensure systems conform

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, implement and control business activities.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows technology and VDI.
• Project management experience; PMP a plus and familiarity with best practices.
• Experience in application development, systems administration/engineering, or related technical discipline a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, online collaboration tools, and IM.

Responsibilities

• Interact with employees to resolve project-related issues.
• Provide status reports and run project meetings.
• Help identify root causes of technical issues and prioritize issues.
• Lead development and hardware teams and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Oversee IT systems including MMIS, IVR, ESA, and data warehouses as they are implemented.
• Ensure data collection, analysis, and reporting supports operations and fiduciary responsibilities.
