Job summary

Verida Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to administer, maintain, and support business software applications as the SME for assigned systems.

The role analyzes processes, documents requirements, defines project scope, and develops solutions aligned with organizational goals while training users and producing reports to support decision-making. On-site position with 24x7 support readiness and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a business systems / analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, information systems, public health, business administration or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with SQL, SQL Server Management Studio and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with employees to resolve system issues.
• Administrate and support trip management software and related systems.
• Create and maintain user accounts for the software.
• Provide employee training and training support related to technology and systems.
• Be available for 24x7 support with night/weekend shifts and travel to satellite offices.
• Manage wireless telecom accounts and assist with software/hardware inventory.
• Create system reports using SQL and reporting tools.
• Promote proper use of corporate equipment.
