Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager in Southern California to lead enterprise app delivery across WMS, ERP, and EDI, owning onboarding and implementation for customers. This role is based at the City of Industry headquarters, onsite with hybrid options, reporting to the executive team.

You will coordinate intake, prioritize complex projects, and build scalable onboarding playbooks while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful outcomes in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on program and project management in multi-workstream portfolios.
• Experience overseeing enterprise software rollouts and service desk cadence.
• Direct responsibility for WMS implementations in 3PL/warehouse settings.
• EDI onboarding with retailer and label compliance.
• Clear, credible communicator with customers and leadership.
• Built repeatable onboarding/implementation playbooks.
• Gathers requirements, sequences dependencies, writes specs.
• Manages intake/triage, resources, and prioritization.
• Top-level program manager reporting to executives.
• Familiar with AI tools in daily workflow.
• Based in Southern California; onsite/hybrid at City of Industry.
