Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT project and program management experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar technology portfolios and complex enterprise deployments.
• Strong capability in portfolio-level financial management, budget forecasting, and executive status reporting.
• Advanced vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-track, high-budget IT projects and programs through the full execution lifecycle.
• Drive comprehensive financial management at the project level, including CAPEX/OPEX forecasting, variance analysis, and monitoring funding burn rates.
• Manage master program schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and complex cross-project dependencies.
• Lead large-scale vendor engagements, complex SOW negotiations, and deliverable acceptance.
• Oversee complex cutover planning and execute structured hypercare support models.
• Manage financial health across the IT portfolio, tracking total spend against approved budgets.
• Lead executive status reporting, maintaining portfolio dashboards that track health, risks, and metrics.
• Coordinate resource allocation adjustments across active programs.
• Partner with IT Business Partners to monitor ROI and drive value realization post-deployment.
• Present project health updates and budget variances to the IT Steering Committee.
• Ensure governance alignment throughout design and build phases.
• Develop and mature PMO frameworks and financial tracking metrics.
• Enforce Two-Speed IT model for active projects, managing compliance, risk, and architecture.
