Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on technical project manager with development staff and business groups.
• Coordinate and communicate with ITD management to coordinate work tasks and resourcing.
• Communicate timelines and expectations to technical and business staff.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for project execution.
• Maintain project budget, plans, schedules, risks, and status reporting.
• Define test objectives, test plans, and test cases.
• Provide management of milestones and on-time delivery.
• Define, measure, and communicate progress with metrics.
• Support system and application training efforts.
