Job summary

Omm IT Solutions in Sacramento, CA is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Management Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale enterprise IT initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and provide executive reporting. Requires 7+ years of PM experience and certifications (PMP/CSM/PSM). Onsite role; federal government experience is a plus. DC/PMO experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT project management experience.
• Experience managing large multi-disciplinary software, infra, or cloud projects.
• Certifications PMP, CSM, or PSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives across cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Define scope, goals, budgets, and execution roadmaps.
• Drive Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall project management; oversee governance and risk.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation; report KPIs to executives.
• Mentor IT project teams and liaise with senior stakeholders; facilitate Agile and JAD sessions.
