Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a seasoned Technology Delivery Manager to orchestrate multiple complex programs across the enterprise. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and report to executives to ensure on‑time, on‑budget outcomes while balancing risks and dependencies.

Hybrid role with in-office days at the Marlborough, MA center and remote days otherwise; 10+ years of experience and a PMP or equivalent certification are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Technology project and program management, with demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently.
• Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise technology programs involving multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Experience executing large-scale implementations using agile, waterfall, and/or hybrid methodologies, with strong emphasis on execution discipline and milestone control.
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and maintain financial control across concurrent programs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly and concisely.
• Experience managing interdependencies across programs and resolving resource or priority conflicts.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering initiatives on schedule in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: Lead the execution of multiple concurrent, complex technology initiatives, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery of defined business outcomes.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide structured, executive-level reporting across initiatives, including status, financials, risks, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
• Financial Management: Own program financials across multiple initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.
