Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Experience leading software development or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Track project performance and provide status reporting to leadership
• Lead multiple complex IT programs and projects from initiation through delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure successful delivery of project objectives
• Mentor project managers and promote project management best practices
