Job summary

Quoris, LLC in Philadelphia is seeking an IT Program Manager to support a healthcare IT PMO, planning, managing, and coordinating complex initiatives across multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment. You will blend waterfall discipline with Agile practices to deliver value.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of program management experience in healthcare IT, strong coaching and facilitation skills, and the ability to manage dependencies and stakeholders while traveling up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years traditional Waterfall IT project management experience.
• 5+ years managing enterprise projects.
• Healthcare IT experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• MUST be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate interrelated program workstreams across multiple Scrum teams.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and go/no-go points.
• Work with Scrum teams to allocate and commit work in support of program timelines.
• Serve as IT point of contact and represent IT in planning with leadership.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Participate in Scaled Agile ceremonies (quarterly planning, PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums).
• Establish cross-team collaboration and communication across all program workstreams.
• Identify metrics and KPIs to monitor program performance.
• Develop and maintain program documentation.
• Produce status reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor/external contractor work as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance.
