Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT program/project management experience in enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred within regulated environments.
• Experience with data, analytics, cloud modernization, AI/automation.
• 3+ years in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong executive communication with budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, enterprise-scale IT programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Own program roadmaps, timelines, and delivery across data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
• Guide program teams through Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Partner with technology and business leaders to gather requirements and shape program scope
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination
• Provide clear, executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes
• Influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority
• Navigate the unique complexities of technology delivery within regulated, patient-facing, or clinical environments
• Support the adoption of modern data platforms, cloud initiatives, and AI/automation capabilities within program scope
