Job summary

Quoris, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to connect business objectives with technical delivery for a healthcare IT program. You will drive clear requirements, groom the backlog, and ensure the team understands what is being built and why.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of BA experience, strong data skills, and can move between big-picture strategy and operational detail in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–7 years in a business analyst or equivalent role.
• Working knowledge of analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Data analysis skills to interrogate datasets directly.
• Experience defining and managing KPIs and success measures.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and ceremonies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owner to shape end-to-end product strategy and define business value of work.
• Elicit, document, and refine requirements against goals.
• Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Maintain a groomed backlog three to four sprints ahead.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for requirement clarification.
• Act as proxy to Product Owner on priority and scope decisions.
• Work with engineering to assess technical feasibility and surface trade-offs.
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and support UAT.
• Define, instrument, and track performance metrics in production.
• Prepare and support product demos and stakeholder reviews.
• Maintain a durable record of requirements, decisions, and rationale.
• Ensure requirements reflect regulatory, privacy, and data-handling obligations.
