Integrity Management Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the DISA TSSAS Program at Fort Meade, MD. The role provides program and project management across IT, telecom, and engineering initiatives, coordinating with government leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Responsibilities include planning and executing schedules and WBS, managing requirements and RTMs, handling risk assessments, and delivering technical documents and briefings to senior audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing large-scale IT or engineering projects, preferably in a government or defense context.
• Proven leadership on executive-level teams and complex programs.
• Strong DoD or federal program experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall management and oversight for assigned programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Prepare and maintain detailed program schedules, including developing WBS for all projects.
• Lead requirements collection, RTMs, risk assessment, and executive communications.
• Deliver technical documentation, briefings, and reports to senior government leaders.
