Job summary

Integrity Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the DISA TSSAS program. You will provide program and project management across IT, telecommunications, and engineering initiatives for cost, schedule, and performance goals.

You will collaborate with senior government leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams, develop schedules, manage requirements and risk, and deliver executive communications and status briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years managing large IT or engineering projects, preferably gov/defense.
• Ability to lead executive-level teams and programs.
• Experience with requirements management and risk assessment.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience with DoD or federal acquisition programs is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules and WBS.
• Track risk factors, critical path, and due dates.
• Prepare briefings, dashboards, and executive communications.
• Develop RTMs and requirements management plans.
• Communicate issues in IPTs and stakeholder meetings.
• Deliver required artifacts per government standards.
