Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD is seeking an innovative IT Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the Mission Systems Airborne Multifunction Sensors Division. This on-site, full-time role requires a Secret clearance and the ability to manage IT/cybersecurity programs, align with enterprise roadmaps, and drive delivery on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains and mentor staff to ensure high performance and mission

Qualificações

• Associate/Bachelor/Master level experience with IT project leadership and cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Security clearance required (Secret) and experience with enterprise IT programs.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT and Cybersecurity services, aligned with enterprise strategy and roadmaps.
• Oversee design, development, integration, and testing of digital solutions to meet business objectives.
• Manage budget, schedule, and technical quality for IT/Cybersecurity aspects of Advanced Systems programs.
• Promote standardized digital solutions and reduce technical debt.
