Job summary

Sparq in St. Louis, MO is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a portfolio of IT initiatives from discovery through closure.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure delivery milestones across projects, leveraging both Waterfall and Agile approaches. You will partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear updates, drive governance, and champion AI-enabled processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex, portfolio-aligned IT program from discovery to closeout
• Develop and manage an integrated program plan across multiple projects
• Provide executive-level updates on health, progress, risks and decisions
• Collaborate across a distributed organization to align scope and dependencies
• Own program financials including budgets and forecasting
• Occasionally work onsite in the St. Louis, MO area
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to resolution
• Direct third-party and vendor activities within the program plan
• Mentor project managers and enforce PMO standards
• Support organizational change and stakeholder engagement
• Apply AI to streamline tasks and improve quality
• Lead post-program reviews and lessons learned
