Job summary

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive project management experience.
5+ years leading enterprise Agile programs.
PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Fellow certification; AI or Lean Portfolio Management certs preferred.
Mastery of Agile at scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Disciplined Agile) and enterprise Agile transformation experience.
Advanced data and analytics literacy, including AI/ML pipelines and analytics-driven portfolio decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Admin / MIS, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise PI Planning, portfolio Kanban, and milestone management using AI-enhanced Agile platforms.
Govern enterprise risk frameworks using AI-powered analytics to model scenarios and drive executive decision-making.
Define and monitor portfolio-level KPIs, OKRs, and value realization metrics aligned to business strategy.
Manage complex multi-vendor, multi-stream programs covering requirements, development, and quality assurance.
Set strategic portfolio vision and investment roadmaps in collaboration with executive leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
