Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• MBA or MS in a related field highly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in product management or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams for S&OP, Supply Planning, and Scheduling.
• Build and prioritize product backlog based on ROI and strategic goals.
• Develop AI roadmaps and measurable KPIs to improve operational excellence.
• Educate and support end-users to ensure adoption and value realization.
