Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks an experienced IT Program Manager to lead large, strategic IT programs from Dallas onsite for a 12-month duration. You will align business objectives with program vision, drive integrated roadmaps, and govern multi-functional teams across geographies and partners.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies while reporting to senior leadership and sponsors. Strong PMP/PgMP credentials and 7+ years of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification or approved equivalent required.
• PgMP certification preferred, or commitment to achieve within 12 months.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading programs.
• Experience with an enterprise software/SaaS vendor or technology consulting firm.
• Experience using Microsoft Project to manage end-to-end integrated plans.
• Experience managing IT programs in multiple markets (Manufacturing & Energy, Financial Services/Insurance, Consumer & Travel, Government).
• Proven success leading senior-level IT programs in a services environment with strong customer satisfaction.
• Experience decomposing multi-year transformation objectives into coordinated projects and outcomes.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams across technologies, organizations, or geographies.
• Strong executive communication, budgeting, forecasting, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, multi-project IT programs with significant business, technical, commercial, and organizational dependencies.
• Translate business and customer objectives into program vision, milestones, and governance models.
• Direct cross-functional projects across technologies, units, geographies, and delivery partners.
• Establish and manage integrated schedules, resources, budgets, financial controls, dependencies, risks, issues, and change controls.
• Lead program governance and provide performance updates, recommendations, and decision support to senior leadership and customer sponsors.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve critical issues, and lead recovery actions to protect milestones.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through communication, negotiation, collaboration, and escalation.
• Drive benefits realization, adoption, continuous improvement, and sustainable change across the program.
• Lead and mentor project managers, workstream leads, and technical teams.
• Coordinate delivery teams, partners, suppliers, and sponsors to achieve integrated outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction via data-driven reporting.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, contractual commitments, and commercial changes.
• Identify trends, evaluate trade-offs, and make timely decisions supporting outcomes.
