Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Principal Information Systems Project Manager based in the United States to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and driving initiatives from planning through deployment and operational handover, with a focus on security, reliability, and scalable information systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience; master’s or PhD with reduced experience allowed.
• Experience managing IT projects across multiple functions (business operations, IT, cybersecurity, engineering).
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, ERP systems, resource planning, and tech implementation practices.
• Proven ability to develop plans, coordinate resources, manage risks, and deliver complex initiatives on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects involving ERP systems and related business applications.
• Create comprehensive project execution plans and allocate resources across matrixed teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, priorities, and resources to meet requirements.
• Oversee the full information systems delivery lifecycle from design to deployment and handover.
• Provide PM guidance and apply industry best practices to improve execution.
• Collaborate with leaders across IT, security, and operations to resolve challenges.
• Represent teams in stakeholder discussions and communicate progress and risks.
• Develop change management and training programs for user adoption.
• Support data migration, reporting, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance and delivery processes.
