Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a hands‑on IT & Information Security Manager to own and strengthen IT operations in a fully remote, cloud‑first organization based in the United States. You report to the CEO and oversee M365, Entra ID, endpoint management, backup, and security programs while shaping the IT roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8+ years administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD environments, including senior or sole IT ownership.
• Endpoint management with Intune/Endpoint Manager: enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching.
• Identity and security expertise: strong knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, least-privilege, Defender, and endpoint controls.
• Remote workforce support: experience enabling distributed teams remotely.
• Audit and compliance: at least two years with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar audits, generating technical evidence.
• Backup and recovery ownership: responsible for cloud data backups and restore testing.
• SaaS/AI identity management: experience with SSO federation, SCIM provisioning, domain verification, or ability to learn quickly.
• Operational mindset: capable of lean IT functions, tickets, device shipping, policy writing, and runbooks.
• Communication and problem‑solving: strong troubleshooting and clear risk communication.
• Framework knowledge: familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 or NIST CSF;
• Certifications: MS 365 Admin, SC-300, MD-102, SC-200, AZ-500, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• T operations and Microsoft 365 administration: Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams; oversee tenant security, licensing, mail protection, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and domain verification.
• Endpoint and device management: Administer Intune for device enrollment, configuration, and compliance; manage BitLocker and Defender; handle remote laptop provisioning.
• Mobile access and device governance: Implement MAM and device‑compliance controls for BYOD.
• Backup, recovery, and business continuity: Own cloud backups, test restores, and test BC/DR plans.
• Security and compliance: Enforce Conditional Access, Defender, DLP, retention, web and DNS filtering; monitor logs; lead incident response and policy development.
• Audit and risk management: Support SOC 2, ISO 27001; coordinate external audits and risk assessments.
• SaaS and AI integrations: Manage SSO, provisioning, SaaS lifecycle, vendor relations, licensing optimization.
• AI governance: Identity controls for AI platforms, domain verification, access reviews, and incident exercises.
• Helpdesk and employee support: Remote‑first IT support, onboarding/offboarding, license provisioning, device shipping.
• Vendor, budget, and strategy: Cloud‑first IT roadmap; report risk posture and funding to leadership.
• First-year priorities: Anchor M365/Entra ID configurations; strengthen controls; advance IT security roadmap.
