Job summary

Utah First Credit Union is seeking an IT Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise technology programs from Salt Lake City. You will coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to deliver complex technology initiatives on time and within scope.

You will own testing strategies, manage dependencies, and communicate risks and progress to executives, while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. A background in APIs, cloud platforms, and software delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, databases, and software delivery methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise technology testing, risk management, and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of enterprise technology programs, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to manage dependencies and drive accountability.
• Serve as testing lead by developing testing strategies and coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, compliance, and delivery risks with clear reporting.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and program status to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
