Utah First Credit Union is seeking an IT Technical Product Owner to translate business goals into technology solutions. You will bridge business strategy and execution, shaping roadmaps for core platforms and guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will own backlogs, align priorities with organizational goals, and work with vendors and internal teams to deliver measurable value for members and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing technology products through the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leaders, engineers, and partners.
• Experience using data analytics, reporting tools, and product metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for key tech platforms.
• Own and manage product backlogs balancing features, ops, debt, scalability, and risk.
• Translate objectives into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate solutions, architecture, and platform capabilities for reliable outcomes.
• Use data and metrics to inform decisions and improve products.
