Job summary

TriHire Solutions seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility technology initiatives across the organization. You will own multiple concurrent projects and programs from initiation to closure, aligning with business strategy, budget, and timeline.

You will partner with IT and executive leadership to prioritize the portfolio, set project management standards, and drive governance across the IT team. A PMP/CAPM is preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience within a legal or professional services organization.
• Experience leading software development and infrastructure projects across full lifecycle.
• Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Monday.com and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility IT projects and multi-project programs from initiation through closure.
• Define scope, success criteria, resource plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Build integrated project plans accounting for cross-project dependencies and enterprise impacts.
• Support development of ServiceNow and other low-code/no-code applications.
• Prioritize IT project portfolio with leadership to balance value, risk, and capacity.
• Advise leadership on sequencing, feasibility, delivery risk, and resourcing.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost controls.
• Deliver status reporting and facilitate steering meetings and post-implementation reviews.
• Define and enforce PM standards, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and mentor Project Managers and staff.
