Qualifications

• Experience reviewing IT-related work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards.
• Experience maintaining relationships with customers and identifying IT products/services to meet needs.
• Oral briefing to mid-level management and IT staff on status of systems and operations.
• Ability to identify alternatives to address complex IT issues by analyzing diverse sources.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise a work unit with clearly defined programs and established structure.
• Plan workflow, assign tasks, adjust workloads, and modify procedures to alleviate backlogs.
• Review completed work for technical adequacy and compliance with instructions.
• Keep Strategic Partners informed and turnover to sustainment completed.
• Communicate effectively; create presentations and brief senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to ensure alignment and coordination.
