Job summary

Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: experience reviewing IT-related work or data for accuracy and consistency with standards
• Customer Service: experience maintaining relationships with customers and identifying IT products/services to meet needs
• Oral Communication: briefing mid-level management and IT staff on status and translate technical info for non-technical audiences
• Problem Solving: identify alternatives to address complex IT-related issues from diverse sources

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the work of a unit with defined programs and objectives
• Plan workflow, assign work, and adjust workloads to reduce backlogs
• Review completed work for technical adequacy and compliance with instructions
• Keep Strategic Partners informed and ensure turnover to sustainment
