Job summary

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in reviewing IT-related work and ensuring accuracy and standards.

• Clear oral communication to mid-level management and IT staff, conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Problem solving by evaluating multiple information sources to address complex IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Gathers infrastructure requirements to design, develop, plan, deploy, and implement solutions in a complex hybrid environment.
• Configures, installs, tests, and maintains network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, DNS).
• Monitors network performance, diagnoses connectivity issues, and applies patches to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Integrates new systems into existing networks and provides feedback on design and infrastructure requirements.
• Applies cybersecurity principles and risk management to protect against threats.
• Ensures network operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
