Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in sustainable climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive large, complex initiatives aligning business and technology outcomes. You will plan, manage, and control scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, communications, risk, procurement, and overall project performance to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, or business administration.
10+ years IT leadership, project management, and business analysis experience.
Experience managing both financials and execution of projects.
Agile Scrum Master experience and certification is a plus.
Proven history presenting to executives and influencing outcomes.

Responsibilities

Oversees one or more highly complex system projects.
Manages resources, tasks, risks, financials, communications and compliance.
Communicates with program managers and solution delivery teams.
Coordinates activities of the project team and defines roles.
Partner with IT delivery teams and third parties to ensure well-architected solutions.
Develops schedules to keep projects on track.
Manages key customer interactions and presents to senior leadership.
Travel 10-15%.
