Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a lead energy and infrastructure expert to drive complex modernization projects for buildings and facilities. The role covers qualification through contract execution, delivering customer solutions aligned with goals.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, estimators, and operations teams to assess lifecycle costs, energy performance, and ROI, guiding compliance with codes and standards. This onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in mechanical HVAC systems and related building energy concepts.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Valid driver’s license for 12+ months with clean record in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex energy, infrastructure, and facility modernization opportunities from qualification through contract execution.
• Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and building systems to identify risks, maintenance needs, and capital improvements.
• Develop solutions including HVAC modernization, building automation, energy efficiency, sustainability, and resilient systems.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, estimators, and operations to ensure feasible execution and minimize delivery risk.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards and manage project team costs and coordination.
