Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 1 to lead a team of IT professionals supporting classified networks at the Linthicum, MD campus. The role requires a Secret clearance and involves mentoring staff, coordinating with vendors, and producing clear technical reports.

The candidate will manage Windows domains, VMware infrastructure, and storage solutions, while aligning activities with business goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a master’s degree.
• U.S. Government Secret clearance required (or CEP eligibility) and ability to obtain SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Classified Solutions staff of IT professionals.
• Manage and troubleshoot multi‑domain Windows environments and classified networks.
• Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures and configuration guides.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders; present status, risks, and outcomes.
