Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to direct a team responsible for securing systems within a classified environment. The role supervises assessments, risk mitigation, and government policy implementation for compliance, with a focus on secure enclave operations.

The candidate will coordinate across programs, interact with executives, and ensure adherence to policy, documentation, and audit requirements, while supporting development of a diverse, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance required.
• Experience with Windows domains, AD, GPOs, and permissions.
• Experience with RMF or cybersecurity-related compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
• Establish and oversee strict program control processes that mitigate risk and support system A&A.
• Lead the implementation of government policy (DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) to ensure compliance.
• Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional safeguards.
• Lead the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by government authorities.
