Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Computer Systems Analyst to support classified government contracts. You will design, implement, and maintain Windows domain architectures and security controls across complex environments.

The role requires strong communication, mentorship of junior staff, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliant backup, recovery, and policy adherence. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 6 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 10 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma with 12 years of experience is required.
• Experience with Windows domain architectures, including Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions in a classified environment.
• Candidates must have a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance, or be in Continuous Evaluation to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Senior Principal Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with internal or external customers, in written and oral format.
• Oversee and lead the reliable operations of multi-user computer systems with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze requirements and determine equipment and software needs for solutions.
