Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Classified Solutions team seeks a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 1 to lead IT lifecycle activities on-site at our Linthicum, MD campus. The role requires a Secret clearance, strong leadership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure reliable, secure information systems across classified networks.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating with vendors, and delivering formal reports and briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of IT experience or Master's with 3 years.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance (or CEP) and eligibility for SAP access.
• Experience with Windows domains, Active Directory, GPOs, permissions.
• U.S. Government 8140 IAM Level I or Security+ CE or equivalent certification.
• Preferred IT infrastructure STEM degree with 3+ years of direct experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Classified Solutions staff of systems admins, desk techs and network engineers.
• Collaborate across disciplines to isolate issues in software, firmware, hardware, OS, and networks.
• Maintain multi-user classified servers and networks: install, patch, upgrade, monitor, configure.
• Propose and implement system enhancements including automation and configuration mgmt.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and configuration guides.
• Align support with business goals; manage performance metrics and resources.
• Prepare clear written reports and deliver verbal briefings to stakeholders and partners.
• Interact with vendors; evaluate products and services.
• Assess customer requirements and determine equipment/software needs.
• Support programs and perform functional management duties as needed.
