Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product/Program Management or technology leadership.
• Strong ability to develop product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products and platforms.
• Develop strategies for scalable, reusable solutions across customer segments and opportunities.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, needs, and market trends.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs; develop strategies to close them.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive landscapes, and technology advances to inform strategy.
• Establish clear outcomes, KPIs, and priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and modernization to create value.
