Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced product leader to define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple products and platforms. You will partner with executives to understand objectives, market dynamics, and customer needs, then translate them into scalable, reusable solutions.

You will influence cross-functional teams, lead portfolio planning, and shape investments while focusing on ROI and strategic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or a related discipline.
• Experience with product strategy, visioning, and roadmap development.
• Knowledge of product portfolio management and investment planning.
• Ability to align business and technology strategies and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and portfolio.
• Develop scalable, reusable solutions for multiple customer segments and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, needs, and trends.
