Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise technology, digital, software, platform, or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive decisions across cross-functional organizations.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
• Develop forward-looking product strategies that evolve existing products into scalable, reusable solutions.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs and develop strategies to close them.
• Establish clear product outcomes, KPIs, and strategic priorities aligning with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, transformation, and modernization.
