Job summary

Maximus seeks a seasoned product leader to define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap across the product portfolio. You will collaborate with executives, business and technology teams to align strategies with market dynamics and customer needs, driving impactful product initiatives and modernization efforts.

You will lead complex enterprise technology programs, translate business objectives into actionable plans, and measure outcomes with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or related discipline.
• Strong product strategy, visioning, and roadmapping experience.
• Experience with product portfolio management and investment planning.
• Ability to align business and technology objectives and develop solutions.
• Financial analysis and business case development skills.
• Experience leading complex enterprise technology, digital, software, platform, or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap across products, platforms, and portfolio.
• Develop strategies to evolve products into scalable, reusable solutions for multiple segments and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business and operational leaders to understand objectives,Needs, dynamics, and trends.
