Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Product Owner in the United States to maximize business value for Product Engineering and R&D by defining priorities, managing backlogs, and leading delivery teams.

The role pairs product leadership with people leadership, partnering with engineering, IT, and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable solutions and drive modernization through Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering Systems, Product Management, Business Relationship Management, or Program Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Product Engineering and R&D solutions.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from ideation through deployment and ongoing support.
• Guide Agile delivery teams to execute roadmap priorities and deliver business outcomes.
• Balance new functionality, technical debt reduction, system stability, cybersecurity, and support needs.
• Define release priorities and support sprint planning activities.
• Drive adoption of Agile, Lean, Scrum, and DevSecOps practices.
