Job summary

Eaton seeks a Senior Manager, IT Product Owner to lead Product Engineering and R&D technology solutions in the United States. You will define priorities, manage backlogs, and guide delivery teams to maximize business value.

You will partner with engineering and IT leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions, driving modernization and Agile product delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, engineering systems, product management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Product Engineering and R&D.
• Lead backlog prioritization and guide Agile delivery teams to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders to define requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Drive modernization and secure product development lifecycle practices.
• Develop customer personas and user journeys; act as voice of the customer.
• Balance new functionality with technical debt, stability, and cybersecurity.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contract performance.
