Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering Systems, Product Management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Product Engineering and R&D solutions.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from ideation through deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and customers to define requirements and KPIs.
• Balance new functionality with technical debt reduction, system stability, and security.
• Drive Agile, Lean, Scrum, and DevSecOps practices across teams.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships to support roadmaps.
• Ensure governance, data quality, cybersecurity, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
