Eaton is seeking a Product Owner for Operations Finance to help drive digital finance product delivery across U.S. sites.

The role partners with senior product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to shape requirements and ensure user-centric solutions while building product management experience. This position is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow in product management and finance technology, with up to 25% travel across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in business, finance, tech, or analytics (or completion of Eaton’s FLDP).
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of an Eaton site; US work authorization required.

Responsabilités

• Define user needs, personas, and product goals aligned with finance and digital strategy.
• Prioritize backlog, develop user stories, facilitate testing, guide sprint delivery.
• Create training materials, lead user communications, manage rollout and adoption strategies.
• Establish monitoring for issues, coordinate resolutions with support, analyze adoption metrics for improvement.
• Evaluate features, synthesize user feedback, and support senior owners to drive innovation.
