Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Senior Manager of IT Product Management to own the backlog, shape the strategy, and drive the roadmap in a hybrid Phoenix-based role. You will lead product owners and analysts, ensuring technical back-end administration, access management, and day-to-day support to optimize our tooling.

You will partner with business and IT teams to align technology initiatives with store operations, analytics, and vendor integrations while delivering measurable value and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT/Business.
• 5–10 years in IT product management with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Retail Merchandising Systems and MDM/PIM, Merchandising, Product Data, Inventory, Pricing, Promotions, Assortment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall solution design aligned to long-term portfolio needs and cross-functional strategies.
• Contribute to multi-year strategy and how technology supports business goals.
• Prioritize work using insights on value, scope, cost, and resources.
• Manage strategic projects from discovery to implementation across platforms.
• Grow a team of SMEs to administer tooling and deliver new capabilities.
• Identify process optimizations and opportunities to automate for efficiency.
• Build and maintain a 12-month roadmap aligned with business trends.
• Coordinate agile ceremonies and cross-team planning; oversee technology roadmaps.
