Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of IT Product Management to own and develop strategic plans for IT products, leading a team of IT product managers to deliver high-quality portfolios. You will partner with the SVP IT Product Management to drive roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional execution.

The role reports to Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ with a hybrid in-office schedule Tue–Thu, guiding initiatives from ideation through launch and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in product management, 7+ in senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex IT product portfolios and large-scale strategies.
• Knowledgeable in product frameworks and Agile methods.
• Excellent leadership, mentorship, and team building.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Effective communicator with proven stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a strategic, multi-year IT product vision and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT portfolios.
• Engage stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and value.
• Oversee budgets, costs, and risk management for portfolios.
• Collaborate with vendors and AI CoE to deploy AI solutions.
• Mentor and develop IT product managers and foster continuous improvement.
• Advance agile practices and governance across teams.
• Define operating models and ensure end-to-end product delivery.
