Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle across digital experiences (mobile, website, and revenue management). Qualifications

• 3-6 years of product management in a modern software development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic and tactical product initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for executives, vendors and teams.
• Experience with data analysis to inform prioritization and ROI.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with agile product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote and implement product strategy based on customer insights and market trends.
• Identify opportunities and define topline business requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver prioritized roadmaps.
• Source data and craft test plans for data-driven decisions.
• Forecast ROI and monitor post-launch performance and adoption.
• Prioritize backlog based on value and learnings.
• Write and refine user stories for releases.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX to remove blockers.
• Communicate roadmap, specifications and value to stakeholders.
