Job summary

The IHG Hotels team is seeking a Sr Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across digital experiences including mobile, hotel website, and revenue management. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution with engineering, UX and analytics teams in an agile environment.

You will translate business needs into measurable requirements, write user stories, monitor performance, and continuously optimize products based on data and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, UX, statistics, business, or a relevant field.
• 3-6 years of PM experience in a modern software development company.
• Expert knowledge of the IHG digital landscape and familiarity with competitors.
• Able to pivot with ease and deliver.
• Strong verbal and written communication for clients, vendors, and leadership.
• Program management experience with PM processes.
• Experience in product development discovery, documentation, and design.
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of product strategy based on business inputs and customer insights.
• Drive cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement prioritized roadmap.
• Source data and craft test plans to inform prioritization and decisions.
• Forecast ROI and report on product performance post-launch.
• Write technical user stories and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and analytics to drive value and remove impediments.
• Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders.
