Job summary

Insight Global in Kissimmee, FL, seeks a Product Manager to own digital and business product strategy, delivering end-to-end experiences for internal and external users across applications, including international sites.

You will write requirements, coordinate with design, engineering and end-user teams, manage the development pipeline, configurations, issue reviews, and security-compliant documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience driving product strategy and execution.
• Ability to create product roadmaps, write strong user stories and cases.
• Highly communicative across business units.
• Experience with Agile methods.
• Experience with legacy-system replacement or platform cutover programs.
• Familiarity with data governance, report rationalization, source-system mapping, or semantic-layer design.

Job Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for digital and business product strategy, helping deliver end to end digital and physical experiences for the organization but internal and external. In this position, you will provide support for multiple applications, including those used at international sites. This role will serve as liaison with operations partners and end-user teams to ensure successful use of the applications. The ideal candidate will have both a deep understanding of product management with respect to mobile & web technology, native application development, backend services, development as well as the ability to manage the development pipeline and team priorities across multiple teams/disciplines against a prioritized roadmap.Product Manager will write requirements for sustainment feature enhancements and actively engage with partners from various teams including design, engineering, and operational end-users to ensure accurate implementation and successful launch of those enhancements.Additionally, this position will include administering configurations, reviewing user-reported issues, developing documentation and processes to ensure security compliance, reporting, and working with multi-functional teams on a variety of initiatives that leverage the applications.
