Remote-US based candidates will partner with IT leadership to shape demand, negotiate complex technology contracts, and build a high-performing procurement team focused on strategic outcomes.

The role drives multi-year category plans and collaborates with executive leadership to maximize value from major technology investments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience negotiating high-value technology contracts, including >$1B spend.
• Deep expertise in domains such as SaaS, cloud, and consulting.
• Ability to influence CIO-level executives and align sourcing with business strategy.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Associate VP, IT Procurement & Supplier Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will serve as a senior procurement leader supporting technology stakeholders with commercial strategy, supplier management, and high-impact negotiations. The position will partner closely with executive leadership to align technology needs with sourcing decisions, improve procurement efficiency, and strengthen the value delivered from major technology investments. It will also shape multi-year category plans and guide a high-performing team focused on strategic outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $184,800 – $254,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Translate technology strategies into integrated commercial strategies
