Humana is seeking an Associate Vice President, IT Procurement & Supplier Management to lead a 40+ person team, aligning technology strategy with procurement, vendor management and enterprise value. You will drive category strategies, supplier governance and speed to value across software, cloud, hardware and services, partnering with Technology Finance and risk functions to optimize spend and risk.

15+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management or related roles.
Significant leadership responsibility for complex Technology spend and supplier portfolios.
7+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

Serve as Technology’s strategic commercial partner to the Technology Leadership Team.
Translate Technology strategy and roadmaps into integrated category, supplier and commercial strategies.
Lead overall Technology-Procurement commercial experience and renewal planning.
Build negotiation strategies and supplier governance for enterprise relationships.
