EmergencyMD is seeking an experienced IT Purchasing Specialist to support the Bond Program. Reporting to the Director of Contracts, you will plan, administer, and report on IT purchasing needs for multiple projects, including licensing and hardware.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, provide strategic recommendations, ensure compliance, and manage procurement from solicitation through contract execution, including board approvals when required.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years of relevant IT purchasing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (4 years experience can substitute).
• Familiarity with software licensing models (SaaS, subscription, perpetual).
• Experience negotiating pricing and terms for IT goods and services contracting.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Access, SAP, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and to set priorities and manage competing demands.
• Demonstrate a reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Plan IT purchasing needs for the Bond Program.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Provide strategic IT purchasing recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and client policies.
• Administer procurement from solicitation to contract execution.
• Support project management during quotes, reviews, approvals, and PO issuance.
• Monitor contracts, POs, solicitations, and reporting.
• Utilize SAP ERP, Proliance/Trimble Unity Construct, and other databases.
• Coordinate with FCCC, DGS, and other public agencies to maximize external contracts.
• Handle multiple concurrent procurement processes.
• Office-based work with no hybrid or remote opportunity.
